WorldShopping offers a service to purchase products for customers from online stores in Japan and process overseas shipment to 228 Countries and Regions. Partner shops incorporate our system to offer our specialized cart. Customer support is offered in English and Chinese (Simplified / Traditional), Korean in addition to Japanese. If this is your first time shopping with us, rest assured that the process is secure and easy.

Shipment to 228 Countries and Regions
You can purchase products from online stores that only offer domestic shipping.
Request purchase of items from online shops in Japan using the WorldShopping cart. (Products from online shops that do not display this cart can be requested through a separate request form). Upon receiving an order, WorldShopping will purchase the ordered items on behalf of the customer at the online shop.
All orders are sent to the WorldShopping warehouse. Upon arrival, items will be unpacked, checked according to the “order information”, and packaged for international shipping.
3. Preparations Completed Email Notice
The international shipping charges will be determined after the packing process has been completed (on average within 1 to 3 business days of receipt). An e-mail is then sent to the customer to inform the international shipping and handling fees and payment method.
Customer follows the payment instructions in the email to process payment. The order will be shipped after payment is completed. (Expect the package to be dispatched the following business day, within two business days at the latest.)
The package will be delivered by EMS (Express Mail Service) 2~9 days after shipment. ※Should problems arise, we offer support. If you do not receive your order, or it arrives damaged, please contact our customer support.
